Gladys Nasikanda

Born in 1978. As an alumni of Namirama Girls High School, she helped the school clinch trophies in volleyball. Played for Telecom poster club, KCB,Nzoia and Pipeline. Played for the national volleyball team that participated in 2000 Olympics in Sydney Australia and also in 2004 in Athens, Greece. Acquired a full scholarship and joined Lee college in USA and graduated in Physical Education and Health. Also pursued a course in nursing. Currently working as a registered nurse in the USA and passionate about helping girls realize their dreams in sport.
