SEED CBO is dedicated to empowering and uplifting children, youth and women by providing them with the tools, resources, and support they need to thrive personally, economically, and professionally. Through education, mentorship, advocacy, and community engagement, we strive to create a world where every child, young person and woman has the opportunity to reach their full potential and become agents of positive change in their communities.

The name of the organization is SOCIAL ECONOMIC EMPOWERMENT& DEVELOPMENT(SEED) herein after referred to as ‘the Community Based Organization (CBO)’’. The organization is based in Kenya (E.A), Western province; Kakamega County at the -Counties and it suffices are based in Malaha and Khaunga Towns.
SEED CBO offers mentorship programs that pair young people and women with mentors who provide guidance, support, and encouragement as they navigate their personal and professional journeys. We provide leadership development workshops, training sessions, and seminars designed to equip young people and women with the skills, knowledge, and confidence to become effective leaders and change-makers in their communities.
SEED CBO advocates for gender equality, women's rights, and youth empowerment through awareness campaigns, advocacy initiatives, and community outreach efforts that raise awareness, challenge stereotypes, and promote positive social change We engage with local communities through volunteer projects, outreach events, and grassroots initiatives that address pressing social issues, promote civic engagement, and foster solidarity and mutual support among community members.
Through partnerships with like-minded organizations, educational and training institutions we support and empower young people and women to pursue and gain valuable skills for employment and entrepreneurship to improve their lives in a way that is long lasting and self-sustaining.
